Two pairs of antipodes, dry-land spots that lie opposite each other on the earth, are compared in this documentary. The first pair of antipodes are a ferry across a river in Entre Rios, Argentina and busy, downtown Shanghai. The second comparison is of two bleak, mountainous regions, Lake Baikal in Russia and Patagonia in Chile, and shows that the regions are actually more similar than different.
